I had a hard time with "3 French hens". I finally thought of an idea when I found some glass beads in the shape of chickens. (I hope they're hens, but I think they might be roosters. Oh well.) We made "hen" bracelets with 3 French hens on each bracelet. The kids had fun helping me make them. We put them each in a cute little Christmas pouch.
