We have a tradition of making gingerbread houses every Christmas. (along with about half the world). I think we're going to move this tradition to AFTER Christmas because we never seem to find time before. We did them last year after Christmas too. So our new "January tradition" is making gingerbread houses. This year we cheated and made gingerbread men/women/girls/monsters. MUCH easier. So I'll amend that tradition even further to our new January Tradition is making gingerbread people.

You are crazy to make houses, but the people look a little easier...I could maybe attempt these, but where do you get a cookie cutter that GIGANTIC?
