On my quest to catch up, I'll just update all of March in one post. It will be long, but it will be on my blog.
Cute picture of Caleb playing on the computer with me.
This is how I found Elizabeth one night and thought it was cute.
Katie LOVES her Backyardigan "guys". She takes them everywhere. I'm glad to report she's a car seat/seat belt Nazi like her mom!
We took all the kids to the golf course to hit a bucket (or two or three) of balls. Blake has a bunch of pics on his phone that I'll post some day. It looks like we have a family of golfers. It's in our blood. Caleb and Katie lost interest and turned over the empty buckets to use as stools. Resourceful and quite funny!
March 30th is Celine Dion's birthday. So naturally Katie and I needed to go get a cupcake and listen to "Celine Loud" in the car, as she calls it.
Now for Easter:
Coloring eggs. We used Kool-Aid as egg dye this year and it worked pretty good. A lot less smelly than vinegar.
Katie tried to lick the egg. Crazy kid!
I tried to take a picture and Lydia and Anna automatically. and without knowing what the other one was doing, did this:
Then they all burst into a fit of gigles.
Once Katie starts laughing, she can't stop!
Anna made a guy with big teeth and a mustache.
Which prompted Katie to get really silly, so she grabbed the marker when I wasn't looking and drew a mustache on her own face. Crazy kid!
Our tradition of a "rainbow in the sink"
Hunting for Easter baskets and eggs.
We did string as always.
Poor Nathan was sick with a fever and The Plague, hence the blanket. This was the start of almost 2 weeks of fever and feeling icky and missing school. Poor guy!
Blurry, but I love his reaction. It's really hard to get pictures of 7 kids moving all over the house and not have some blurry since I have to move so fast.
Poor sick Nathan! :(
They couldn't find the last egg. While they were all looking for it, I took it from it's hiding place and put it in Elizabeth's basket. She was so funny when she finally found it there.
And there you have it folks, all of March in one post.
Thanks for the March update...
