That would be 3 months in one post. I haven't posted anything in 2015 and it's now March? Oops. Well, I'll play catchup again and do it all at once. I just realized haven't taken many pictures in 2015. I should work on that. Anyway, here's January through March.
January:
We're still working on the master bathroom. When we had everything torn apart, we decided to leave a time capsule. We found things that represented our family and things that are specific to this day and time. We decided on: National Geographic Kids magazine from Jan 2015, a minecraft iPod case (2 things that are really important to some of us in our family - Minecraft and iPods), a Celine Dion CD (the case only), a 2015 quarter, and an iTunes gift card. The gift card doesn't have any money on it anymore. But maybe if we or someone else find this in a couple decades, it might be fun to see. Who knows what will replace it by then. We had fun brainstorming ideas! And hiding our time capsule!
February:
We're still working on the bathroom.
And still playing chess.
We went shopping for Nathan's missionary suits. I may have gotten teary-eyed when taking these pictures. And Nathan may have rolled his eyes at me that I'm taking pictures of him in a store.
Doesn't he look good?!
Lydia went to a murder mystery birthday party. She was assigned to be a gypsy. She came up with this costume all on her own. She's so amazingly creative!
Caleb was in his first school musical. My camera takes horrible pictures of school programs. (Yes, I'm blaming the camera.)
The dishwasher overflowed. Someone put in too much soap. When lots of bubbles are involved, make a soap beard!
Elizabeth made a puff ball Valentine box.
Elizabeth and Caleb both made super hero Valentines.
Katie turned 16! That's really crazy to me. She wouldn't smile, so Blake put a cup on her head. That made her laugh. For her party, she picked pizza and a movie at home, in pajamas, with the family.
Happy Sweet 16 Katie!
Anna was in a play at school... Alice @ Wonderland. She did awesome! This is her in costume, even though you might not be able to tell. She had to wear all black. She had a blast doing the play this year!
March:
Now that Caleb is in school, I finally can volunteer more! I'm the special ed representative for our school. Part of my job was to be in charge organizing the sale of "Spread the Word to End the Word" shirts. (Google it if you don't know what I'm talking about.)
Caleb went to Dr. Suess Cafe during school. He put this on again later after his bath. I just couldn't resist taking a picture of the cuteness!
Katie put this on for no reason one day. A beard and a viking hat. And Mickey Mouse pajama pants.
Michael never lets me take pictures of him. Here's a sneaky shot.
He laughed when I told him what I was doing and why. Then I took another picture of him.
Katie's friend and peer tutor texted me to see if Katie wanted to go to lunch during Spring Break. Katie had a blast! They went to Jose Peppers and Petland. Katie was so excited. When I told her, she said, "My friend is callin' me?!" Then she ran and told Michael. And then she went to tell Anna. She ran upstairs and said, "Hey Anna, guess what? I'm goin' with my friend! Can I borrow some money?" Anna asked how much and Katie said, "two". Anna said she thought Katie would need more than $2. Katie said, "Ok, $3 then."
And there you have it - 3 months worth of goings on and pictures.
Wow. Anna grew up all of sudden. I almost thought that was you at first glance. I had to look closer.
