We had Nathan's Farewell Open House. It was so much fun (both planning and the actual party). We had so many amazing friends come and support us! I know Nathan felt very loved.
The food table. Nathan requested Costco cake, his favorite. We also had cookies, chocolate covered raisins, personlized M&Ms, and Hershey nuggets (with missionary sayings).
If you look close, you can see I got an M&M dispenser. I had a little bowl next to it full of pennies for the kids to get M&Ms. It was a hit.
A close up of the M&Ms. (They say, "Elder Hansen", "Malaga Spain", and "Called to Serve". I got a ton of compliments on them, and the kids had a lot of fun with them!
Here are some close-ups of the table decorations because I love them so much.
This is Nathan's mission picture. My talented friend took it for me. I just love it!

Lots of friends at his farewell.

And then a whirlwind of people hit. I was so busy that I couldn't take any more pictures. We had probably 200 people come through during the 3 hours that we held it. It was so much fun!
