Caleb is 3!!! It's bitter sweet because while I miss having a baby around (sometimes - not often anymore), I'm really enjoying my new-found freedom with no baby for the first time in 15 years. My life is changing and I really like it. His birthday was 2 days ago (August 31st). We'll have his party this weekend. For his real birthday, he got to go to 2 orthodontist appointments.
Caleb is the sweetest little guy ever. He's so reasonable and happy and loves to tease. And of course, he's smart. He loves cars, cars, more cars, trains, pretty much anything with wheels,and adores all his siblings (and they adore him). I love this age and I love him so much! I'm sure that's going to change now that we're entering the three's. But I really do love this age. He still needs mommy here and there and loves to cuddle. So it's like the best of both worlds - baby and big kid. He tells me all the time, "Mommy, I'm a big boy... but I'm still a little bit little." OK,enough rambling. Now some of my favorite pics of my sweet boy. You might have seen some of these before, but I think it's fun to see the progression in pics.
